Inspiration as the Foundation

A leader without a vision cannot sustain a great team. People don’t just want a job; they want a purpose, a reason to work with energy every day. A good leader connects people with that purpose. They not only provide direction but also support and autonomy. When a leader fails to do this, cracks appear in the foundation of the team. People become demotivated, cynical, and eventually leave.
