by | Sep 12, 2024

Riders Republic Joins Xbox Game Pass with Positive Reviews

Xbox Game Pass has added Ubisoft’s open-world sports game *Riders Republic* to its growing catalog. Released in October 2021, *Riders Republic* has garnered “Very Positive” reviews on Steam and holds a 78 score on OpenCritic. The game offers thrilling outdoor experiences, featuring sports like skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and wingsuit flying. Set in iconic U.S. locations like Yosemite Valley, Grand Teton, and Mammoth Mountain, players can choose between solo career modes or massive multiplayer competitions.

Riders Republic was previously available as a limited-time Free Play Days title in September 2023, but now Xbox Game Pass subscribers can dive into its exhilarating gameplay for an extended period. The service is also set to introduce a new Standard tier on September 12, offering players more subscription options without cloud gaming or day-one titles.

Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom Map Unveiled Ahead of Release

Nintendo has revealed the map for *The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom* at a recent preview event, giving fans a glimpse of Hyrule’s iconic locations. This highly anticipated 21st installment in the Zelda series puts Princess Zelda in the lead role as she embarks on a quest to save both Link and Hyrule from Ganon using the powerful Tri Rod. The game’s design draws inspiration from *The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening*, featuring a charming, retro aesthetic.

Game File journalist Stephen Totilo shared a sneak peek of the map on Twitter, showcasing its ancient, mystical design. The preview hints at a major quest titled “The Mysterious Rifts,” where Princess Zelda is transported to an underground cave via a waterway. Fans are excited for the game’s release on September 26, alongside the Zelda-themed Switch Lite Hyrule Edition and Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack.

Valorant Leak Reveals Popular Feature Coming to Mobile Version

A recent leak has confirmed that *Valorant* Mobile will include a highly requested feature—Battle Replay, allowing players to review matches and agent stats. This marks a major addition to the mobile version of the popular 5v5 shooter, which has seen massive success since its PC release in 2020. Alongside Battle Replay, the mobile version will introduce an Advanced Training Mode and Team Death Match, enhancing the gaming experience for mobile users.

Though fans are excited about these new features, it’s worth noting that they are currently exclusive to *Valorant* Mobile. Riot Games has focused heavily on improving mobile gameplay while ensuring a fair experience. After launching on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S earlier in 2024, *Valorant* is expanding its reach, though console players cannot yet compete against those on PC. Fans are eager to see how these updates continue to shape the game’s future.
