‘Windows on Aruba,’ located on the second floor of the clubhouse at Divi Village, has introduced its new menu for its ‘Late Night Brunch’ under an innovative concept called ‘Mesa Latina.’

Marketing Manager of Divi Resorts Aruba & The Links at Divi Aruba, Mrs. Tabitha Fecunda, elaborated to AWEMainta on the idea behind the innovation in the ‘Brunch’ concept at Windows on Aruba.

Seeing the popularity of the ‘Sunday Brunch,’ the idea emerged to expand this to Friday and Saturday with a ‘Late Night Brunch.’ Additionally, the menu was innovated to remain attractive to all visitors.

Executive Chef Darwin Torres told AWEMainta that ‘Mesa Latina’ is a new concept with many variations based on the fusion of different Latin flavors, combined with international cuisine. From native flavors of Latin America, such as Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Cuba, etc., fused with influences from the Middle East, Asia, and the Caribbean, this menu promises to delight every palate.

The ‘Mesa Latina‘ menu is inspired by Chef Torres’ Latin roots combined with the culture and heritage passed down to him by his mother and grandmother, as well as various personal experiences at the international level.
